We had our client try the suggesstions as mentioned in mskb q272582, but that didn't work, so now i'm going to propose them to apply the changes in the registry settings as mentioned in mskb q299603, which are the same as Jason Hutala mentioned in a reply to you.
I'll let know what the outcome is, but it may take a while since the client is working on several problems with TS in cooperation with MS in the Netherlands (as i undestand).
