Whatever ... I suppose the term "legal action" wasn't quite right, but just getting a lawyer involved at all is, IMHO, over the top ...

>I saw it as a formal letter with a warning of legal action if warranted. Who knows, maybe more direct communications were tried and were fruitless. Maybe it was felt that using a lawyer would show the gravity that the company attributes to the action(s) that precipitated the letter.
