Maybe I am remembering this incorrectly, but didn't JVP suggest, hint at, outright say he was considering legal action against Steven Black in one of their You're a Jerk/No, You're a Jerk - Am Not/Am So debates? I can't remember for sure, and I would have to go through 10,000 messages between them to make sure <g>.
