I have some questions here, plz help me...

1. What's, actually, the difference between Database Designer and Data Environment?

2. If i've made all of the relations of the tables in Database Designer, should i make the relation of the tables that i use in form, again, in Data Environment? is there any difference if i don't make it?

3. Can i edit the relations in Database Designer in the middle of the project?
