Generally relations in the data base are not connected with particular form dataenvironment relations
When you have relation in the database and make new form with same tables , VFP can offer you relations due to the database, but you can use it or not use
And this is right
Because in one form you may be need a- to b relation, in other form b to a relation, and just have same table few times with aliases b, b1, b2, a, a1 a2
you can do a-b relation, b1-a1 relation and nothing relation between a2 and b2
It depends from the desired form functionality
When yo work with the project , you can change some releations, if they were not good . It will not cause any troubles in the forms , if there is other relations there. It can work in different way, if you used some triggers in the database, later changed releations ( and triggers)
