hello amigos!

I am planning to develop an small application that allows the user to share data from two different computers attached by the parallel port of the printer, and send (or copy) the data contained in a Hard drive of PC1 to the Hard Disk of PC2, such an explorer window, with the content of both hard disks, but the problem is that I dont know how to use this port in VB, plus I dont know how to control where the data comes from and where it will gonna be placed, that is why I need help, since this application will be useful when a computer starts loosing data, you can copy the information in the other disk without the need of disassemble it from the computer by using the ports as the conductors for the data.

How can I do this, I can handle the data visual environment by having all files listed in a file box, and the content of the other hard drive in the same form, and the same way, which is, with the file box control, I can handle that, but, how to drag and drop, and copy the selected file to the destination, and what to use, functions, API or COMs?

Any help will be gladly appreciated!

Gracias mis amigos!
