thanks for the help Cathi. I am trying the hot fix now, but I don't think I am implementing it correctly.

I opened the "Visual Studio .NET Command Prompt" window.

but when I type the following, I receive an invalid command error.

pushd "%programfiles%\common files\crystal decisions\1.0\managed"

These are the next commands I am supposed to use, but I haven't tried them yet since I can't get the first one to work.

gacutil -if CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms.dll
popd
