Looks like a good idea. Problem is with primary keys. We use primary keys as the way to link records in different files. If 2 offices were working at the same time, adding records to the same dbf, I don't see anyway to keep the primary keys in-synch. I certainly agree that it makes an excellent way to keep an off-site backup.
