Anyone know of a better 'conflict catcher' class?
Hi there,
I've tried using the conflict catcher class that comes with VFP (in the Data Query of the Foundation Classes) and while it does work for me, I was wondering if there is something better.
The thing that I don't like about conflict catcher is that it displays a grid that contains every field in the underlying table/view while I'm only interested in the fields that have been modified! This is especially true in the situation when only one field is modified and it happens to be displayed in the very last column of the grid way over to the right side and not displayed so I have to use the horizontal scrollbar to get there. Its also a bit of a pain to have to look thru every single field comparing three rows (Old Value, Current Value, and New Value) to see what has changed.
Can anyone suggest a better class?
TIA
Mike
