Thanks for the response. The Analysis reports a cluster size 32KB,
71 GB free space. And deframentation is not required.
By the way, this a new WIN 2K machine I got just a couple of weeks
ago. I moved some of the programs from my existing NT 4.0 machine
into this new machine. And the problems only happens to this new WIN 2K
machine.
