Why should we change the human heart. It pumps blood. It works.

Educate and stimulate their minds intellectually immediatly at birth through the use of technology. This will have long lasting effects. And while it will not prevent people from drinking, my hope is that more responsible and thoughful decisions will be made in all aspects of ones life.
