Hi Kenneth,

I encounter similar problems and I found out a workaround. First goto the last row where you have data and press Shift+Ctrl+End which would select all those extra rows. Then choose menus "Edit, Clear, All". Save the file and retrieve again. It will be ok.

Regards

I was thinking I assigned the area a name. I was thinking it was similar to how the cell range "print_area" is named when you set the print area. The assistant has been no help (bad dog or paperclip as the case may be).
