The support provided in the Hotline is on a paying basis. So, you should not expect to have access to that content. Also, some of that will be done by phone so we're not starting to release phone conversations as well. All that is private between the user who pays for the support and the person who provides it. I never saw some of my calls to Microsoft of McAfee, for example, being released to the public.
