>The support provided in the Hotline is on a paying basis. So, you should not expect to have access to that content. Also, some of that will be done by phone so we're not starting to release phone conversations as well. All that is private between the user who pays for the support and the person who provides it. I never saw some of my calls to Microsoft of McAfee, for example, being released to the public.

You don't have to get uppity on this, Michel!
It is NOT obvious to the casual observer that the Hotline is a separate SITE. In fact the Dashboard sure makes it look like it is a PART OF THIS (UT) SITE. I never guessed that PUTM - a paying basis - was a different site or held special content! That it's not, and doesn't, made it logical assume the same for Hotline too.
As regards availability of "content" of the Hotline site...
1) UT does lots of things different than MS or any other site, so assuming that it followed any other "model" didn't make much sense to me. Still doesn't.
2) UT's objective is to make important/interesting information available to all members. I was simply asking if the UT's general objective would be carried forward with the Hotline service assuming that it is integral to UT. That proved to be a bad assumption, though not one that could be easily discerned from the announcement material provided.

I now have a better understanding of the situation with the Hotline.
I expect that there will be no prohibition for a Hotline user who gets a good answer publishing the answer s/he got in a UT thread. Is that a good assumption (as this certainly happens when someone gets a good answer from MS support)?

By the way, I do wish you good luck with this new venture. It seems to have differences from other services that are appealing.
