While I've spent some time with Help, I haven't really dug into the structural changes, so I'm sure I'm leaving stuff out.

There's been some restructuring of topics to make some sections of Help more task-oriented. There's also a new Samples and Walkthroughs section. Also, lots of changes and corrections in response to feedback.

In addition, every topic includes a "Send feedback on this topic to Microsoft" link that allows you to easily tell Microsoft what you think should be changed.
