>4) Something to make changes from the immediately prior version easy to identify.

I think these are good suggestions to put in the documentation section here. The changes this time around seem to be focused on overall structure and on getting more "how to" kinds of information into Help. I know, though, that Microsoft is interested in hearing concrete suggestions on how to make Help more helpful. (In fact, Esther Fan is here. We chatted a little.)
