Finally at home...

1. Select "Specify Application Data"
2. Select "Files"
3. Find the files you are installing
3a. Which Feature?
3b. Where is the file?
3c. In the lower right hand quadrant, select the file.
4. Right click on the file.
5. select properties
6. Select the COM&.NET Settings page
6a. Registration Type="Extract COM Information"
6b. Scan at Build="Dependencies and Properties"
6c. Installer Class = checked
6d. COM Interop = checked
7. Select Advanced
7a. All operating Systems = checked
7b. Shared = checked

If you have problems with this you might try to place the files in to the "Always Install" "[SystemFolder]" folder which should give you access to setting these settings for the files.
