Ok, I tried those settings. I still get the error. I did turn on the
.NET settings, but there is not reason to; I'm not using any .NET
components.

Any how, the warning I'm getting is:

** Warning: -4354: The build was unable to extract COM information from 
the file D:\Projects\Common Files\crvdll.dll in component crvdll.dll. 
Please ensure that the file is self-registering and verify that the 
self-registration process does not fail.

Again, I was nto getting this problem untill I 'upgraded' to
InstallShield 3.5.
