As Claude Fuchs mentioned, there are other VFP based web frameworks available... Including his ActiveVFP. Also there is FoxWeb, Web Connection and others.

I too have written my own framework DVRWeb available for download at my site www.dvrss.com/products.htm. I used FoxISAPI as a learning curve, but I too had too many problems dealing with it. Since that I wrote my own ISAPI dll handler which works somewhat similar to that of FoxISAPI. You may want to take a look and consider it.
