Thanks - I need to start simpler. It also seems that the XP iisHelp is more atune with Win2k. THe excellenct white paper by Rick is circa 1998.

My scripts folder is in C:\InetPub\Script.

DO I copy foxISAPI.DLL to that folder? I note that the "Default Web Site" (Virtual Directory) does not list a sub-folder "Script" (as a virtual directory).

I also am wondering if the foxISAPI.DLL needs to be registered?

But regarding the test, I have been trying to work the more "sophisticated"
COM presented in Ricks 1998 White paper. I am also using that paper (NT4) towork through configuring IIS (on my XP). I confess the difference between the two dialog schemes (XP vs NT4)is making it difficult.

Do you have a reccomendation regarding foxISAPI? Should it go in the 'physical' folder Inetpub\scrips? Does foxISAPI.DLL need to be registered?

Thanks

>>I am trying to implement foxISAPI. I have XP Pro and I think I performed all the administrative tasks needed to set up IIS. I then copied foxISAPI.dll to InetPub\Scripts. I also tried a few INIs to see if I could get the browser to run a localhost return. - It couldn't.
