Hi all,

About 1 year ago we installed our VFP app on a Citrix server with about 40 users. As soon as the users started logging of in the evening we got an enormous amount of 1104 errors. After searching the UT i found the solution to problem was applying a hotfix on the 2000 SP2 server and changing some values in the registry. Once these changes were made everything worked perfectly and we never got any 1104 errors anymore. To my horror things went berserk again last friday and we started investigating what happenend. To our surprise we found that after installing SP3 the 2 sys files which give the problems , Mrxsmb.sys and Rdbss.sys, got downgraded by the SP3 to a version prior of the one that was installed by the hotfix ! Trying to install the hotfix again was impossible, the installer gave a message that there is a newer version installed, and even after doing a rollback to SP2 it seems impossible to install the hotfix.

Any suggestion how we can reinstall the hotfix ?
Does anybody know were i can report this problem to MS because if you look at the list of fixed problems for SP3 they mentioned that the problem with the redirector should be solved but apparently it isn't :(
