3. They are liars...even if you 'brand' the .exe with a password it is STILL possible to decompile the .exe if you have a hex editor and about 30 seconds of time.

I already told about Refox with you, here in UT.
If you use Brand level I or I+, I think you are right... But If you use Brand level II? Is it still possible to decompile?
