For me, the number of these requests is increasing - perhaps because I wrote a few articles.

I suggest to compose a small, standard, note, similar to this:

"Please understand that, while I am willing to help other people with programming problems, I only do this on public places like the UT, so that others can benefit as well. The only exception is paying clients."
