Hi Claudio,

As you mentioned, most of us would no understand a thing, but there is a fact that has become pretty anoying to us spanish speakers when ever we get/need to read/listen portuguese content, and it's the fact that we ALMOST understand everything.

When we hear someone speaking in portuguese, for a while we think that person is speaking spanish, but all of a sudden he/she pronounces a word that finishes in "eiro". That's when we get to say "Wao, I almost understood it all".
