In Execute the first parameter is for a URL, but can be left as an empty string. I am not sure myself if PASV works, since it isn't mentioned as a valid command in the MSDN library for the Execute method. Personally I use a third party product (SocketTools Library Secure Edition) from
www.catalyst.com with good success and I know others who use West-Winds library (as mentioned by someone else) with good success too for FTP.
