Frequently I experience that a group header - and even a page header - do not print! I regard this to be a real bug.
I've had a useful private thread with Sergey Berezniker about this topic and he suggested a public thread to see what other people have to say about this.
A page header doesn't print if all that's left to be printed is the summary band. Sergey thinks of this as 'by design'. I disagree.
A group header occasionally doesn't print. There seems to be a certain pattern, but it's not easy at all to control that pattern. We both think of this to be a bug.
I know that others have had the same experience and reported so on UT. What are your experiences?
