I've had both excellent and "non-existent" responses from Xitech. Usually I get fast, very satisfying responses- e.g. when I was abroad and needed to decompile a form that got trashed at some point by NT2000. Also when we could not find our Cryptor license keys, Oliver helped me find the details rather than shrugging and asking for a new license fee.
But when I asked whether Konxise could be "COM-enabled" e.g. for COM Web servers, I got no reply.
