I don't recommend this, because Word produces so many "garbage" codes in the HTML file. An almost universally available product is FrontPage Express.

BTW, the link to your company still doesn't work. If you have so much trouble with your Bulgarian domain-name service, perhaps you should seriously consider getting a domain name from outside Bulgaria - for instance, something similar to
www.jei-bg.com.
