Coming back from vacation, I noticed that Microsoft replaced the MCDBA certification requirements from 70-156 & 70-155 (VFP Desktop & Distributed) + 70-100 + elective to 70-156 being an elective & Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) on Microsoft SQL Server™ 2000 certification 70-028 / 70-228 (SQL Server 7 & 2000)...

So much for VFP Desktop & MCDBA
