I thought I might be getting in on the tail end of that discussion, but we have encountered this soooo... many times with our customers. They buy a new machine and plug it into the network and it basically goes to hell. It seems that most new machines come set to NTFS and not FAT32.
A problem is a problem only as long as it has a possible solution. Lacking that, it becomes a FACT!
