If you don't already have it, you might want to take a peek at "Inside Microsoft SQL Server 2000" by Kalen Delaney from Microsoft Press. It includes a copy of SQL Server 2000 on its CD (good for like 90 days I think) - so to me that was worth the price of the book. As a newbie to it, I found it very useful - but you being a Pro you might not find it quite as useful.

But, its a good Saturday morning read at 1,046 pages <g>.
