Yes we do. The best is FoxPro. There is PowerBuilder but it is more expensive. Why he promote I explain before that

JAVA will improve spending for the development of the new system and cost of all your systems. may be there only one advantage if you use free products like Linux, MySQL, etc. But in my office have a joke - No fees/charges, No support, No warranty to work.
