You might want to drop Ken Levy @ Microsoft an e-mail (
klevy@microsoft.com ). I'm sure he'd be willing to back up your position. An email or phone call from the Project Manager of VFP might help convince them otherwise (if not the IT manager, maybe his boss?). Unfortunately, this kind of thing happens a lot and no amount of convincing usually makes a difference. Good luck.
