I have been looking around the internet and I have not been able to find the answer for my question . I wonder, if possible for you, to give me an advice on the following:

I recommended to my employer to get SQL Server as a backend since the data will be growing in the next 2 years to more than a million records in just one table and the dba said that VFP7 should not be used as a front end and instead something like VB should be implemented. I know that VFP7 is much better that VB (faster and easy to program) but VFP7 has less publicity by MS, so many people think that VFP7 will disappear in the future. What would you say about it? .
