We have a tech at the customer's site 2000 miles away. An application that has not caused us problems before now prints frx reports with lines wrapping and/or data printing off of the page.

The tech has her computer with her. From the customer's network, using her PC, she prints correctly.

We installed a VFP copy locally on a customer workstation to trouble shoot. When the frx report is opened for modification, the textboxes run off of the page. The only font available is 10 CPI.

Both of the workstations, ours and the customers, are set up with a a Generic/Text printer. The Tech's OS is Win98 and the customer's is Win2KPro.

I am out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is this a workstation setup issue of some kind? But what?
