One location ran fine but a second location experienced the problem you described. The resolution was to uninstall client access and reinstall only certain modules. I can probably find out which modules were reinstalled if you still need the info.

This issue is still unresolved, we just did a workaround for now. I have a similar installation scheduled in the near future at a different site and will be doing some further testing. And yes, I would very much appreciate the module info you mentioned.
