I followed up by selecting SETUP through Explorer. The message returned was that Setup was unable to copy file to C:\Documents and Settings\ ... \Temp

THe setup was started and a dialog "Windows cannot find ..prerequisites". I selected the fist item (the others were ghosted), "Prerequisites". A message appeared: "Setup is locating ..."
