Not likely. The U.S. agreed to work towards a Palestinian state, but what exactly Israel will give up to accomplish this is still to be determined. One of the conditions of course was for the violence to end. Since that has not happened, of course nothing further has been done regarding a Palestinian state. Makes you wonder who NOW is perpetuating the violence, the Arab states or Israel??????? Who stands to gain (or lose) the most???? I know anything is possible of course, but it sure looks like the instigators have switched roles here lately....
