The posting program is part of the canned package. I was really hoping to continue using it for now. It handles many issues like, overtime, scrap, breaks, lunch, rework etc....

Maybe I didnt make it clear, this is the way that it is working now. It is working fine, I'm just looking for a method to speed it up. The posting program just waits & tries again if it cant get exclusive use. It doesnt have a crashing problem.

I think writing to that table is slowing things down because I am opening and closing it continuously.

For now, it looks like im stuck with the speed issue until I wrtie a new posting program.
