>Yes, hmm..., we have developed an application using VFP, EVBasic, accessing ActiveSync to transfer file information from VFP client to Pocket PC 2002. VFP handles the post from desktop to server. After working for a time with ActiveSync (or maybe our understanding of it) we are convinced it is THE BEAST!

We've had some stability problems with ActiveSync. Have you tried 3.6?

We have a prototype that uses the Pocket IE, an 802.11b wireless card, which connects into our corporate network, then out to the internet to hit an app. The app is ASP.NET pages, written in C#, that call our VFP7 COM+ components. Works quite well. The only problem we have found is that if get too fancy with the web controls, ASP.NET saves their state to browser variables and gives use memory errors.

Since I am the only programmer, I've really got to build interfaces that I can leverage across devices. I simply don't have time to write eVB code, then a palm interface... Though it would be cool to try if I had the time. :-)
