You are right, but that's an entirely different error than the "Server too busy", and shouldn't happen at all unless something's wrong with the hardware/software installation on that particular machine...
The fact that a "wait window nowait" solves the problem makes me think it's something about the OS needing a break for processing pending messages; that's what any console output or input does. Try replacing it with a DOEVENTS, which is supposed to do right that in an explicit way.
