ya I know 2 people can't activeate the same code, but when you get the initial box that all the stuff comes in, doesnt it already have a name & company name associated with the code? Or is that only the case if you get it directly from MS and not a reseller?

>The activation code is for you to use on the MDSN site, and you receive all your media directly from Microsoft. I believe the way it works is that no two people can activate the same code.
