Is there any way to test from within VFP for the date that a given drive was last defragged?

Hmmm...I know that some OS's have advised how long it has been since a drive was defragged - but I'm on an NT box now and it says that no defrag tool is installed. Is that normal?? Isn't it installed with the OS? There is an "Error checking" option but it doesn't say how long since it has been used either. So I guess that my question is also how to test for (2) whether a defrag tool is installed and (3) the date that error checking was last performed on a given drive.

Using VFP6 if that matters.
