Guess I need to test on XP. Unfortunately, I don't have XP. The problem seems to be the different version of IIS?? All of the virtual directory creation routines were tested with IIS 5 on Win2k Pro and Server. The good news is that, since this is open source, you or someone else should be able to debug the routine. It's in the PostSetup project, setup.prg, setIISAdmin function.
One thing I don't understand is how it can work for the original setup and not for WebAppBuilder? They both use the same routine.
