Claude,

I loaded the program on an XP system and VFP 8 Beta, and ran WebBuilder. Got it to work okay after playing around with it.

1. While compiling, it wanted a file tlbimp.exe from a NetFramework directory. I clicked "ignore" and it built the project.

2. Tried Localhost from the browser, and it failed.

3. The directory structure was created, but IIS didn't create the virtual.

4. I had to create and set the virtual to c:\activetest\acttest\wwwroot (where the default.asp was located)

5. "//localhost/acttest/default.asp" now works.

Hope this helps the others that are having trouble using it with XP.

>Guess I need to test on XP. Unfortunately, I don't have XP. The problem seems to be the different version of IIS?? All of the virtual directory creation routines were tested with IIS 5 on Win2k Pro and Server. The good news is that, since this is open source, you or someone else should be able to debug the routine. It's in the PostSetup project, setup.prg, setIISAdmin function.
>One thing I don't understand is how it can work for the original setup and not for WebAppBuilder? They both use the same routine.
