I am running a label generator program written in VFP 6. It uses a label
of size 3X2. When run from my workstation, when I print and pull up the print dialog the default label size is correct - 3X2. When run from a users workstation the print dialog shows 1 X 2.25 as the label size. This forces the user to have to change the label size propery every time they print.
I have set the properies of the printer on the users workstation to have a default label size of 3X2. The label printer is an Eltron TLP 2742 and the operating system is NT 4.0. Any ideas what is causing this?
