Yep - it's the printer setup on the Eltron printer. Have them go into the Printers applet, right-click on the Eltron, select Properties, and then adjust the default media sizing characteristics. The behavior is virtually identical to the Zebra drivers - not surprising, since Zebra bought out Eltron.
