However, the best deal does appear to be through Victor Campos' guy. I just bought it through him. You pay using Paypal and your order is placed with MS. So I'm not worried about the state of the product. Even if I was worried about money, paying the extra $300 for piece of mind is well worth it.

I've already had a couple dozen people purchase from him without any problems - one person had some problems because he was trying to purchase MSDN Professional and kept getting a link to purchase MSDN Universal which was sort of annoying. I jumped in and fixed the situation.
