Just so to confirm about this, there is absolutely nothing going on in the backend between UT and such decision having been taken at GLGDW. We don't have anything to do with that and, as you may have seen in my replies in this thread, I am totally against such procedures for several reasons such as the situation that a lot of user group leaders haven't been able to express their POV as some of them are extremely surprised today to hear about that and are totally against it as well.

I also agree with all your points mentioned here as it brought additional valid points in this thread.
