How can I give a protoco number to Documents recevied in my office ?
They could be Fax, Email or also telephone calls.

I'd like to have in memory the Fax images (it's simple by receiving fax through fax software like Winfax), but how can I associate the fax image to my database ? And how can I recall email text and attachment by my software ?
